The two-island nation of St. Kitts and Nevis is lush and lovely. I’ve had just two brief visits, exploring the cute “downtown” of capital Basseterre and then snorkelling off one of Nevis’s stunning beaches. I’ve since learned that St. Kitts has an incredible mango festival every summer and about the island’s excellent culinary scene.
