Is it worth it to eat at a training restaurant?

One of the things that I meant to do during my month in Siem Reap, Cambodia was check out one of the many training restaurants.  But I ran out of time (how is that possible with a 30 day visa?!)

However,  I had a way to visit vicariously. My friend Simone, whom I met in Thailand and found again in Cambodia, has a longer visa and a keen interest in delicious food.

So I asked Simone to check out the restaurant at Sala Bai, one of the best hospitality training schools in Siem Reap.  She was not disappointed.

Read all about her visit HERE, and follow her adventures at TheTrackAndOffIt.com.
